I am sure you've all heard about the new toy -- the iPod Touch -- unveiled by Steve Jobs a couple of days ago. If you have, then you probably also heard about the $200 price reduction on the iPhone which made non-owners, probably buyers happy and those who sat and waited on line to get the iPhone on the first day it was released, very very angry.
Well... lots have been said about said price reduction. God Steve Jobs was listening.
To appease angry iPhone owners, Steve Jobs has announced that a $100 Store Credit will be given to ALL iPhone owners.
Still... you can hear grumbles permeating the air around iPhone owners.
Well, as pointed out by Tuaw, you have other options:
- If you have purchased your iPhone within 2 weeks, you are safe. You can get a credit for the price difference.
- If you purchased using a credit card, check with your bank. They may have a "price protection" policy.
- Go the apple store and prepare your best sob story.
- See #3 but this time, go to AT&T.
