Call me paranoid but I did not schedule any trip this week. The September 11 attack is still fresh on my mind. And then there's the recent arrest of would-be terrorists who were planning to bomb my home airport in Frankfurt and Rammstein (an American base). Plus, you have Bin Laden back in the news with his recently authenticated video. In my mind, all those reasons are valid enough.
Rather than make up some lie about catching up on paper work, I told everyone the real score... that I am way too paranoid to risk traveling on 9/11.
What about YOU? Are you currently traveling? Or did you also stay home?
I'm on the couch watching Jeopardy. Didn't seem like a good idea to go to work today for me either.
