I have been reading copious amounts of newspapers and magazines lately. No, it's not for work. It's because I have recently found myself with time in my hands while travelling. For the first time ever, I didn't need to do any last minute tweaking. So, I did what I have not done for a long time... read at leisure while waiting. I read at the lounge, in the airplane, in my hotel room and in cafes.
Strangely, what kept me entertained during these reading frenzy were all those advertising slogans which I saw in most ads.
Care to join me in my current obsession? Let me know your comments about these travel slogans:
Ramada. A very good place to be.
The Right Way. The Wyndham Way.
Hilton Garden Inn. Everything. Right where you need it
Lufthansa. There's no better way to fly
Much more space (Delta's Business Class)
A great way to fly (Singapore Airlines)
We Try Harder (Avis)
Do you think that those companies did justice to the slogan they have branded their companies with? Can you think of any slogan used in the travel industry which does not really fit?
