For the über-Road Warriors - those who spend their lives on the road

For every project that I am assigned to, I always need to work with different people with different functions. Our team is composed of engineers, sales managers, customer service staff and financial analysts.  Although we have different tasks, we have to keep each other informed of major developments. The only way we can progress to the next phase is if and when we all work together.

Some (not all) of us are required to travel and meet with clients and/or attend exhibitions and seminars.  When this happens, some of us do get distracted and sometimes forget that we need to accomplish a report, a diagram, a presentation which the team needs.   I, for one, have forgotten to submit a certain quotation while I was away on business.

Well, a month ago, this problem was solved.  Because we now have monkeys on our backs.
