
New restrictions have been imposed in UK airports due to the terrorist incident (foiled car bomb attack) at Glasgow Airport last week. And you all know what this means... delays.
Thank God that new restrictions do not mean that there are changes in hand luggage requirements. It's still the same. Travellers going through BAA airports are still allowed to take one hand luggage. Liquids in containers no more than 100ml which are packed together in one transparent re-sealable plastic bags are still allowed.
However, if you are planning on going to the airport with your car, forget it. It would be a lot easier if you take public transportation.

Both BAA airports are operating as usual but do call your airline before you head for the airport to make sure that there are no cancellations nor delays.
