A woman bound for Honolulu on-board Delta Airlines went ballistic and hit the pilot.
So why oh why would anyone do that?
Well, apparently, the woman became unruly after she was caught smoking in the lavatory. To help calm the passenger down, one of the pilots went out of the cockpit. Said pilot was then hit by the woman.
Delta flight 511 was then diverted to San Francisco and the unruly woman was removed from the flight.
Methinks, she should have bought a nicotine patch or used another type of transportation to get to her destination.
