So you were not able to book a room at Fairmont, Hyatt or other fitness hotels, as I previously suggested. And you cannot really find a place that is conveniently located near your hotel where you can work out.
Fret not. You can still continue your exercise program in the comforts of your own hotel room.
You can use your bath robe belt as your stretch cord or as alternative to jumping ropes.
You can use the hotel furniture (chair or end of the bed) to help you balance for leg lifts.
You can bring your excercise DVD with you and ork out alá Jane Fonda.
You can do a no equipment travel workout.
With all those options, you have no excuse to stop your exercise program while you travel.

greetings, i used to travel lots around the US and in europe when i was competing in ultrarunning. My thing more was fitness enroute. Good old trusty yoga to the rescue.
When we did our monthly drives from california to montana to see how the remodel on our bed and breakfast was going, at each gas station; i'd run some loops :) Gave new meaning to "fitness on the road"
