There will be no more headaches due to long lines, should you miss your on-going flight from Schiphol in the Netherlands to your next destination. That is, if you are flying KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (OTC:KLMR).
KLM now allows passengers who miss their flights to get new boarding passes for alternative flights (yup, even on International flights!) from a kiosk at the E-pier of Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam.
In the future, more kiosks will be added and a telephone line will even be linked the airline's call center, should you need to ask more questions.
Hopefully, other airlines will follow suit.
