
Yesterday, I was stuck in Terminal 1 of the Frankfurt International Airport for 5 hours. Don't ask why. Anyway, I spent the time working and browsing around the shops in the Departure Hall to keep me occupied.
As if the 5 hours yesterday was not enough, the meeting today has been cancelled and will commence tomorrow, instead. That is, if our counterparts from Denver will arrive. Talk about Murphy's Law.
So here I am in my seaside hotel room at the Ruoholahti business district in Helsinki, with a whole day ahead of me. As soon as I have finished writing tons of emails, I am headed out to discover the local attraction.
It's about 5 degrees (°C) colder here than in Frankfurt. I am glad that I came prepared for the weather.
