Since my husband and I are planning on going to LA for Valentine's, I decided to check what HotelDiscounts has to offer. And cross-checked it with what Kayak (touted by many as the best travel aggregator) can offer.

I checked for: advance booking for RADISSON HOTEL LOS ANGELES AIRPORT for the 14th until the 17th of February.

• Kayak pointed out Orbitz for the lowest rate. They had a lowest guarantee rate of 139USD, discounted from 149USD.
• HotelReservations' Special Internet Rate was 149USD.

I also checked: Waldorf Towers Hotel in Midtown Manhattan for the same dates.

• Kayak pointed out gtahotels for the lowest rate. It was for 747USD per night for a twin room.
• HotelReservations had 599USD per night only. Even the Concierge King Suite was cheaper at 739USD!!!
