As advised by Jaunted, you can donate those loose coins to UNICEF's Change for Good. Some airlines give out Unicef envelopes shortly before the Duty-Free cart is taken out. You can also send it directly to Unicef at:

You can also donate some of the miles you have accrued. You can donate it to RedCross, Charities via Delta, Make-A-Wish Foundation and the National Marrow Donor Program, among others.
