If the hotel you are staying at does not have high-tech kiosks to let you check-in for your flight, don't fret. There are other ways to avoid having to go earlier at the airport and/or the long lines.
You can check in online from the confines of your room. Turn on that laptop, go online using the hotel's free WiFi...
But, wait. How, oh how, will you print that boarding pass? I am sure that none of you would be toting a printer around. I guess, you can always go down to the business center and use their printer.
If you are flying with Northwest, however, you do not have to...
You can give any fax number where they should fax your boarding pass. If you do not have a fax machine in your hotel room, at least, you can ask the desk to bring it up to your room or you can just pick it up from the front desk on your way out.
Convenient.
