When I look at my own medical kit, it seems innocent enough. Even if I look at MD Travel Health's seemingly long Medical Kit list, it also looks as if everything in there are just medical essentials.
BUT NOT WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO GREECE!
You (we) may have to change what is inside your kit because codeine is illegal in Greece. Problem is, some of the most common products like painkillers, cough mixtures and cold remedies contain codeine. If you have prescription medicines with codeine, it would be best to bring with you a doctor's statement noting that the medicine is needed to treat a current illness that you have. Otherwise, it would be best to leave medicines with codeine at home or you may be fined/punished for bringing them in Greece.
