Stress could be caused by so many different factors. And anything disruptive or upsetting could affect our physical health.
For frequent travelers, air travel could cause stress hence, we try to make it as convenient as possible.
How? By flying business- or first-class, comfortable lounges are made available to us plus, it allows us to avoid the long lines at check-in.
With the recent security threat, though, a lot of those who have decided to continue traveling will now be faced with situations that could cause stress, despite that business- or first-class boarding pass.
The thought of the long lines at the airport is enough to heighten one's stress levels, imo. This time, a higher class ticket may not suffice.
