
The CONS of business travels:
- Business breakfasts, lunches and dinners with business partners and colleagues have resulted in over-indulging. This means more calories.
- Marathon meetings have resulted in lack of any physical activity. This means, no calorie burned.
- Catching up on work and/or relaxing in the evening have resulted in lack of any physical activity. This means, no calorie burned AND more calories taken in as I fail to resist the call of the bar with its supply of chips, chocolates and soda.
Those are all great examples of how it has been for ME. I promised myself, though, that I would change my ways.
