Travelling Parents and Guilt

One of the major business traveller woes is the guilt they carry for not being there -- for their spouse and/or their kids.

TheyI should say WE.

There are tips on how to overcome lessen one's guilt. I have done them all. I have used my mileage wisely by scheduling extended vacations with my husband and son whenever possible.  However, all those still do NOT take away all the guilt.

What about YOU? What have you done to help ease the guilt? Any advice?
