In this world of e-mails, VoIPs and blackberrys, a lot of us still find ourselves needing data the old fashioned way... via faxes.
As previously mentioned, while away on business, there are several ways to send/receive faxes. We can send/receive by using Microsoft Fax or the costly alternative of using the hotel's business facilities.
Another option is to use an online fax service. Services like MyFax and RapidFax.
RapidFax, IMO, seems to be offering better features than MyFax. We can send and receive faxes (confidentially and securely) by using an existing email account and internet connection. It's a subscription-based service which could provide a cost-effective solution, perfect for the road gladiators who find themselves constantly needing access to fax machines.
Microsoft 2003 users would be glad to know that RapidFax can be integrated into the program, making it even more convenient to send and receive faxes.
Interested but need a bit of convincing before you take the plunge? Sign up for a 30-day trial period and see for yourself how convenient and how this tool may help your productivity while you are away.

That's a great idea, online fax! It would ease the work of many of us.
