For the über-Road Warriors - those who spend their lives on the road

Upgrade Travel has just learned her place.

She has been subtly informed that she does not belong to the dominant class. She is not part of that group of people who enjoy superior status.  She is, as defined by Continental Airlines, Inc. (CAL), a non-Elite.

I guess, they just can't be bothered to think of another name which might be more pleasing to hear.  Or maybe, they just think that non-elite sounds a lot better than low-class or low-life. Riiiiiight.
