Apparently, the European Union is calling for airfare price transparency across Europe. If this pushes through, we can say goodbye to those ++ prices that we see. We can finally rely on paying the amount that we see advertised rather than be surprised of what the "++" would amount to when it's time to pay.
RyanAir, as reported has been accused of "misstating taxes and airport passenger fees on its European routes". They forgot to mention that RyanAir is also guilty of misstating the airport location in their advertisments. One great example is the airport which they call "Frankfurt (Hahn)". Hahn is nowhere near Frankfurt!
In any case, let's hope that this call for price transparency would be approved. It surely would save all of us a lot of headache in figuring out which deal is the best.
