Microsoft PowerPoint is one of the most powerful presentation tool being used today. I have yet to attend a seminar or presentation without anyone (yours truly, included) using this tool for business presentations.
However, even aided by a great tool, one still cannot guarantee that one's exposition would be well received.
Some are graphically pleasing to the eye but the message itself is not clear. Then there are those which just uses way too many graphics and "tricks" that you get distracted by what is being said. And, of course, you have the boring ones.
Since you have all the figures you need to present and you will be travelling all the way to another part of the city (or world, even), why not make sure that your presentation would make all the trouble worth it?
