Cabs are one of the easiest way to get around Manhattan.  Unfortunately, the number of cabs result in traffic jams.

So if you find yourself late (delayed flight isn't rare) for a very important meeting or you just cannot afford to waste your time sitting on a cab, you can take to the skies and beat the New York traffic.

This solution reduces the commute to 90%. A one-way 8-minute flight costs around 159US$.  To compare, taking the same route with a taxi will take more than 2 hours and can cost up to 150US$.

A good alternative for business travellers who just cannot afford to waste their time twiddling their thumbs, waiting for the road to clear up.
