We've all had complaints about airline staff, service and any other problem which we may have encountered during our travels. More often than not, we just vent out our frustrations and just charge it to experience. Very few have actually lodged an official complaint.
However, should you find yourselves faced with an experience that you think deserves to be acted upon by certain officials then, complain, you must. Officially.
- If the incident happened on-board, obviously, you need to file your official complaint to the airline concerned.
- If you have some issues regarding TSA, check here.
- For issues on Air Travel Civil Rights (discrimination by personnel), get the details here.
You have better chances of getting compensation, be vindicated and/or insist on your rights if you know what you are facing. Check this site for the nitty gritty on How to Complain About Your Airline Service.
