Almost ready with my preparation, I face the mirror in my hotel room and gasp. In my haste to wear my black top (which I usually wear with my grey suit), I now have white deodorant reside on the sides of my top.
Has this ever happened to you?!
I have never really thought of asking anyone about this problem. And then, I saw this thread over at flyertalk. Interesting. There are actually ways to avoid those white deodorant residue we often find when we are wearing dark clothes. Some of the solutions on the thread are:
"Mitchum Cool Dry doesn't leave a white residue..."
"I can vouch for the Lady Mitchum gel. That stuff really works and is worth the extra cents!"
"There are many clear gel anti-perspirants from which to choose. I like Secret Platinum clear gel"
"I just remembered my favorite little find called GalPal. They're sponges that remove all trace of deoderant marks from your clothes. I love them."
It may seem trivial but our appearance counts, too.
