
Despite the fact that I am not (yet!) at the top of the company’s totem pole, I never really did get all stressed whenever a particular business travel/presentation scheduled is with my boss. Maybe because it is due to the weekly meetings we have with the bosses. Time wherein we are able to say what we want, show what we can do, prove our worth, etc. So, the advantages of being able to show our professional sides during a business trip is nothing special. The only change when we have a business trip with our boss is logistics.
In any case, I can understand how it could be for others. It may be more stressful since one has to do extra preparations and be prepared of the discussions which might occur during the trip.
