A couple of times, I have found myself facing excess baggage charges which amounted to an incredible sum. Had I known then what I know now, I could have saved myself (the company, actually) a lot of money.
Rather than paying an exhorbitant amount, here are a few alternatives to checking-in bags:
- Get that man in yellow and FedEx those excesss baggage.
- Get Luggage Express to pick up those luggage, ship them and deliver them right to your doorstep.
With airlines trying to impose fines/charges to travellers, it is always best to be on the lookout for cheaper options.
