If you intend to pursue a client in Saudi Arabia, I suggest that you schedule the meeting well in advance. In addition, you cannot expect marathon, full-day meetings. So, be prepared to stay there a bit longer than how business meetings/presentations normally take.
Because in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you need to respect their religious holidays – Ramadan and Hajj and daily prayer breaks. This means that…
You should not be surprised if they make you wait. Nor, should you wonder if they are sometimes late. Despite this, you are expected to arrive at appointments on time.
Meetings are, generally, scheduled around the five daily prayer times. Not counting Fajr (dawn) and Isha’a (night) prayers, you can expect interruptions for Dhuhr (mid-day), Asr (afternoon) and Maghrib (sunset) prayers.
Do not schedule meetings based on a specific time. Instead, you can schedule a meeting between "Asr" and "Maghrib" to denote when you would like to have the meeting.
Note that their official days of rest (what we call our weekend) is Thursday and Friday.
