
Soon enough, winning bidders will be offering Internet access and VOiP telephone calls onboard, as FCC has already started auctioning off "nationwide commercial licenses in the 800 MHz band in the three alternative band configurations. Licenses in only one of these mutually incompatible band configurations will be awarded."
