 Douglas Gunn, a passenger on-board British Airways' London-Edinburgh flight, bit more than he could chew. His chicken salad, part of the in-flight meal, had a 2cm long and needle-sharp shard of glass. The piece of glass pierced his tongue when he bit into his salad.
