Now that you have already chosen your business suit, it's time to add a bit more. A "bit" being the operative word.
Jewellery. Now is not the time to wear your best and biggest baubles. Wear simple gold or silver earrnings, instead. Or, take the classier choice and wear diamond stud or pearl earrings.
Scarves. If you had chosen your suit and blouse in basic colors, you could liven it up a bit with a colorful scarf. It could help prevent you from completely disappearing among all the other drab colors in the room.
Make-Up. Go easy on the war paint. You wouldn't want them to think that you have plans of joining Cirque du Soleil or Paris Hilton's Party, would you? A touch of lip gloss, a bit on the eyelids and face powder always did the trick for me.
Perfume. Don't smell like you drowned in perfume, even if it is the most expensive perfume in the market. Try to do that old trick they always show in movies of spraying on air and walking toward the perfume mist. Personally, I prefer the smell of newly-shampooed hair and newly-soaped skin.
Hosiery and Pumps. Stockings should be neutral in color. It always is best to pair this with closed-toe shoes.
My personal choice has always been to dress conservatively; especially whenever I go to countries where I am unsure of the acceptable local clothing custom. After all, even if it is not intentional, the way we are dressed and made up are sometimes considered as a social message.
What are your choices? How do you accessorize?

Beware women wearing nude hose!
Quite frankly, this never seems like a good fashion choice. I think off black, or something like that, is a much better choice.
