See that person reflected from the mirror, holding a phone camera? That's me.
What you see in the picture is basically how it looks whenever I am on a short (2-3 days) business trip. I can fit everything I need inside my trusted Samsonite trolley and laptop bag.
After work, I freshen up and get ready for dinner with clients or colleagues. Afterwhich, I go back up to my room. Since I am a night owl and not really into watching TV (nor going to bars), I spend the rest of my evening making a phone call and working a bit.
I always make sure that I make full use of the WiFi connection and the room's mini-bar (which, unfortunately, cannot be counted as reimbursable expense). To keep me company, I always bring a picture of my son (see photo). It does a lot in making my hotel room look a bit more personal.
